GUYS LIKE POETRY TOO!
When Mr. Boyd first gave us the assignment to do a poetry project we were very concerned. We were concerned, because we are guys and guys don't like poetry, right? Well as we continued to read poems in class we discovered that we really enjoyed scary and sport poems. Zach then came up with the idea of making a website.
Mr. Boyd later gave us the idea of writing a research paper on whether or not music lyrics are poetry. As we all agreed that music lyrics are poetry Noah then wrote the paper. We then supported the paper by posting some examples of music lyrics being poetry. Finally, we decided to put on examples of personal poetry written by guy classmates.
As we came to the conclusion of our website we needed to find a way to tie all of the categories together. With the help of Mr. Boyd and common sense we came up with an answer. The answer to our last question of our project was that our website dealt with poetry that guys like.
